Bout time. People in the know have always known that timbo rips people off, like Scott Storch for example (who made “Cry Me a River”). He is like the Quentin Tarantino of the Hip Hop world. Well it seems like his ass is finally getting called on it. Janne Suni, an unsigned finnish composer is filing suit again Timbo and Nelly Furtado for the track “Do it” which the suit claims copied his track “Acidjazzed Evening”. Its pretty damn obvious too:

This reminds me of a time in High School when these two chicks, Marill and Amber (at least I think it was them…) pretended to sing the DJ Sammy version of Heaven and got called out for lip syncing, saying that “Oh we weren’t hiding it, everyone knew” but earlier they said they sang it. Silly people. Don’t lie or you will be called out.
There is actually a whole Youtube page dedicated to Timbo ripping people off, its quite humorous. There is also a good comparison by Beats by Beats that goes through a lot of his songs as well. Remember there is a difference between sampling, and ripping people off.
