Now I am not usually into the "Darker Remake" of something. I don't think everything needs to be "hell in a hand-basket" grittiness like Sin-City. And I certainly didn't think Spiderman needed, or should be, dark at all.
Luckily for you, I am a retard and Marvel doesn't give a shit what I think. The new Spiderman Game set to release post Spiderman 3: Death of a Franchise is as dark as the underside of my junk. And let me assure you.
Its really... really.. fucking dark.
And aside from ANOTHER Wolverine appearance (I hear he has a cameo in Princess Diaries 3) the game looks pretty sweet. Graphics could be better, but this isn't Gear's 2. The enemy designs look like something outta MDK-2 mixed with Aliens but I'm willing to forgive that if I can get that same freedom of Spiderman 2. But what really seals the deal for me? THE FUCKING TRAILER. Now THIS is how you make a fucking game trailer. Check. It. Out.
